Guest guest Posted May 6, 2007 Report Share Posted May 6, 2007 Tex Mex Salad 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (7 oz.) pitted olives, drained 2 cups shredded lettuce 1/2 cup mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip salad dressing* 1/4 cup minced green onions 2 TB Heniz chili sauce 2 tsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. chili powder Combine the corn, beans, olives, and lettuce in a serving bowl. Whisk the mayonnaise, onions, chili sauce, vinegar, and chili powder together. Add to the lettuce mixture and serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings . *Miracle Whip has 1/2 the fat of mayonnaise.
