Guest guest Posted May 1, 2007 Report Share Posted May 1, 2007 Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad 2 cups fresh broccoli florets 2 cups cauliflower, chopped 1 red onion, diced or sliced into rings 1/2 cup bottled zesty Italian dressing OR Ranch dressing 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, optional Crumbled blue cheese, optional In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, onions and dressing. Toss, cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving. Makes: 8 servings. Nutrition Information: Per serving = Calories 97, Total Fat 7.9 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 265 mg, Total Carbs 5.4 g, Dietary Fiber: 2.1 g, Protein 2.4 g.
