Guest guest Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 Easy Guacamole 2 large Haas avocados, mashed 2 TB mild or medium salsa 1 TB sour cream 1 TB pickled jalapeño juice OR 2 TB lime juice 1/2 tsp. onion salt Peel avocados and remove pits. Place in a bowl and mash. Add the salsa, sour cream, jalapeño juice and onion salt. Combine well. To prevent browning while it waits, carefully cover the top of the guacamole (not the bowl) with plastic wrap. Makes about 2 cups. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
