Paich, Chicago, Illinois. 1/2 cup (4 oz.) sauerkraut juice 2 cups (16 oz.) tomato juice 1 TB horseradish, or to taste 1 tsp. of Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Stir well, no ice, serve very cold.
