LOL My main goal for this Spring Season is to create a " Vegetables Variety Garden " in my Allotment Space and put as many flowers and shrubs as possible in my Home Garden. Currently, I have plenty of digging to do in my allotment and I like it As for cleaning, " I am forever at it " , lol Dietary changes, I have none because I am happy with my current diet. Weightloss - I am happy with my weight(i.e. I have the correct Body to Mass Ratio). Exercise is already embedded in my everyday job since I am a Bio-Med Engineer. As a Bio-Med Engineer, I have the opportunity to power-jog, lift things, stretch, jump and sometimes run when I am short of time and need to get from one end of the hospital to the other end. I often have to run up 7 flight of steps everyday since I don't like sharing lifts. I plan to have a BBQ to celebrate Earth Day and I am no Pyromaniac, he! he! LOL Today, I rewarded myself with 3X 330 Litres round tub-like Composter which I am going to use in my Allotment.
