Veggi Burgers, Bean Burgers, grain burgers, etc..

If anybody has what they think is a great veggi burger, I too am

looking for one. Thanks in advance.

Here is our favorite

 

Delicious Veggie Burgers

 

1 can Worthington Vegetarian Burger

1 cup. Italian Bread Crumbs,

1/2 c. yellow cornmeal

1/4 c. flour.

2 eggs

1 onion, chopped

1 c. Cheddar cheese(Optional)

 

Combine together with hands to crumble the Vegetarian Burger and

thoroughly

mix. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot Frying pan that has small amount

of

Canola Oil(just cover the bottom). Flatten burgers with the back of

your

spoon. Fry on each side until crispy. Serve with Burger toppings

on buns.
