Guest guest Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 Black Bean Burgers 2 cans (15 oz.) cans of black beans, rinsed and drained 1 small onion finely chopped 2/3 cup bread crumbs 1 clove garlic minced 1 TB fresh cilantro or fresh basil, finely chopped 1 tsp. ground cumin 2 eggs (I use 2 egg whites) beaten 1 small jalapeño pepper minced, optional Salt and ground pepper Place beans in bowl and mash with a fork.
