Guest guest Posted April 15, 2007 Report Share Posted April 15, 2007 Butterfinger Banana Cake 16 servings 1 yellow cake mix 1/2 c egg whites 4 ozs Butterfinger candy bar, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 env Dream Whip whipped topping mix, dry 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 7 ozs Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix, prepared 1 c bananas, mashed 4 ozs Butterfinger candy bar 1 c cold water Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 " x 9 " pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, three ounces of candy bar,whipped topping mix, and baking power. Stir in bananas, water, egg whites, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
