Quick Marinated Salad

 

2-1/2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets

2-1/2 cups cauliflower, cut into small florets

1 cup zucchini, cut into 1-1/2 " cubes

1 cup carrots, peeled cut into 1-1/2 " cubes

1 cup red bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2 " cubes

1/3 cup distilled white vinegar OR white wine vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1 pkt. (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Salad Dressing

   

Place vegetables in a gallon zip top storage bag.

 

Combine vinegar, sugar, water and salad dressing & seasoning mix

in a medium bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves; pour over vegetables.

 

Seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning

bag occasionally.

 

Serves: 8.

 

Note: Vegetables will keep up to 3 days in refrigerator.
