Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm a female living in Louisiana, USA (a place where the diet is traditionally high in meat). I'm have Asperger's Syndrome, a type of " high-functioning " autism, which basically means I'm extremely bad at multi-tasking. Obviously, this can be a problem when cooking (though, for the record, I wouldn't want to be anything other than I am). Being autistic, also means I get sensory information unfiltered, so there are a lot of foods that I cann't eat because I cann't stand the texture. I can't eat raw vegetables, though I can eat most of them if they are cooked. I don't eat many fruits, though I try to work in a few like kiwi, mangos, cherries, and berries, into my diet. Many fruits are better cooked. Because of my limited diet, I still eat cheese and eggs. Chocolate rocks! I've put all the recipes I've found the work for me here http://www.freewebs.com/recipesfortherest/ But I'm constantly looking for new ideas to add to my limited diet. Currently, I'm looking for a recipe for a seaweed casserole or some other seaweed dish (also keeping in mind that I can't get fresh seaweed). Anyone have any good seaweed recipes? Thanks, Marcie
