Hi Tammy and Welcome!

Thanks for the introduction. I hope you enjoy the

group.

My 7 year old son is a proud vegetarian (his choice).

He's a very picky eater....drives me insane.

 

Many of the typical kid-friendly foods can be made

vegetarian. What are some of your kids' favorite

foods?

 

Here are some suggestions of veggie foods kids may

like:

spaghetti and marinara sauce

pizza (my son's fave is black olive and mushroom)

Morning Star Farms (MSF)Corndogs

MSF Chik Nuggets

veggie hot dogs

cheese enchiladas

eggplant parmesan

veggie lasagna

veggie stir fry

soups

hummus with pita chips and fresh veggies

mac and cheese (i add broccoli)

baked potatoes

fakin bacon (makes good blt sandwiches)

tortilla chips and fresh salsa, guacamole, or pico de

gallo

quesadillas (cheese, sauteed onions, bell peppers, and

mushrooms)

falafel

salads

fresh veggies and ranch dip

veggie fried rice

veggie burgers
