Do you pull the rice off to the side when you add the eggs and do you basically

make scrambled eggs with them?

I would have never thought that you could cook alfalfa sprouts. You learn new

things every day.

Thanks!

peas - jigilou

my mom makes this great recipe using sugar snap peas, eggs, alfafa sprouts and

white (or brown) rice. just thinking about it makes me hungry!

it's essentially a stir fry. you can as much or as little of the above

ingredients, but rice should be enough to make it hearty. sorry if this is

vague. it's late and i have a attention-seeking cat on my lap..

ingredients:

olive oil

cooked rice (white or brown)

sugar snap peas

egg(s)

alfafa sprouts

soy sauce

black pepper

one green chili (totally optional)

take cooked rice, and add it to the pan. make sure there is enough olive oil

to brown the rice nicely. add one (or two) eggs, and fry. add the sugar snap

peas and alfafa sprouts last, and cook along with the rice and eggs.

just add soy sauce and black pepper to taste. it's really a " snap " to make;)

.
