Guest guest
Hi, I love this book, it's simple and sophisticated. I adore the eggplant and swiss chard lasagna. The leek and chevre torte is also divine. Another good cookbook, but totally different is The Passionate Vegetarian (I think that 's the title) by Crescent Dragonwagon, it's more " down home " whereas Madison's is more european style cuisine. I love them both. Teresa
