Guest guest Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 Olive Lovers Salad A cool and refreshing side dish that's perfect with any warm meal. 1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped 1 jar (5-3/4 oz.) pimiento stuffed green olives, drained and chopped 2 celery ribs, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 TB extra virgin olive oil 2 TB white wine vinegar In a bowl, combine olives, celery and garlic.
