Guest guest Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 Rosemary Au Gratin Potatoes 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup all purpose flour 2 cups half-and-half cream 1 TB minced fresh rosemary OR 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8 " slices 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add the cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or unti l thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in the rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and potatoes. Transfer to a greased 9 " x 13 " baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake in a preheated 350° F., oven for 45 minutes.
