Quick, easy protein sources? Hi Jim

Would you like to try making some bean patties? They are wonderful,

you can freeze them too.

How about a lentil loaf? The group files have those recipes in

them??? I can look for more for you if you like.

Yes, ask the group, don't ask a meat-eater that question.LOL I know

what you mean.

You're welcome. I know you will find loaves and bean patties in the

recipe and they will contain protein.
