Guest guest
Would you like to try making some bean patties? They are wonderful, you can freeze them too. How about a lentil loaf? The group files have those recipes in them??? I can look for more for you if you like. Yes, ask the group, don't ask a meat-eater that question.LOL I know what you mean. I've been a veg. for probably 27 yrs now myself. Donna , " jimchristianhall " <jimchristianhall wrote: > > Hi folks, > > I wrote about my problem with the soy products. Guest guest
You're welcome. I know you will find loaves and bean patties in the recipe and they will contain protein. Have fun browsing and cooking up new yummies. Donna , " jimchristianhall " <jimchristianhall wrote: > > Hi Donna, > > Those sound great! I will certainly check them out.
