I've embraced this way of life in order to improve my health, but am glad that the benefits go way beyond that! I am interested in whole vegan foods, eaten as closely as possible to the way they come from the earth. I don't mean they have to be raw, but I'm trying to get away from processed foods. It certainly has to be a balance, though, because I don't have hours a day to devote to cooking and eating (who does?) The rest of my family (husband, 15yo daughter, 11yo son) are still hardcore meateaters, so it is a challenge to feed them and myself wisely. I know next to nothing about preparing good, healthy, tasty vegan meals, but I'm hoping you can help me change that. Glad to be here!
