Newcomer says hi

Hi everyone, my name is Tina and I'm new to the group and new to

veganism. I've embraced this way of life in order to improve my

health, but am glad that the benefits go way beyond that!

 

I am interested in whole vegan foods, eaten as closely as possible to

the way they come from the earth. I don't mean they have to be raw,

but I'm trying to get away from processed foods. It certainly has to

be a balance, though, because I don't have hours a day to devote to

cooking and eating (who does?) The rest of my family (husband, 15yo

daughter, 11yo son) are still hardcore meateaters, so it is a challenge

to feed them and myself wisely.

 

I know next to nothing about preparing good, healthy, tasty vegan

meals, but I'm hoping you can help me change that.
