I could use some suggestions for a vegetarian St. Patrick's Day celebration

meal.

Cabbage, potatoes, carrots, tea, ??? And what else?

My ex is Irish (off the boat..) and I bake cabbage and vidalia onions (halved

and sprayed with olive oil) in a 375deg. oven for an hour or until tender. All

root vegs are Irish really; rutabegas, squash, leeks, carrots, etc and make a

phenom. veg stew!! Add some rosemary bread and shortbread cookies and it's about

as Irish as you get. FYI, all Irish meals end with tea and dessert. Have fun!!
