[SPAM] Fresh Black Bean and Corn Salsa

It would work fine, but I find that canned corn, doesn't taste as fresh and is

rather starchy tasting. Fresh or frozen corn is my preference, but that would

definitely work. Today I made this again and I added an avocado, diced into

small pieces. I also added a little garlic salt and it was so yummy. I

increased the lemon juice by a Tablespoon, to compensate for the avocado. It

was DELICIOUS!!!

Do you think this would work w/ drained canned corn? I have a can of

Mexican Corn that I bought by mistake and it sounds like it could

work with this...
