Fresh Black Bean and Corn Salsa 1 can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 c. Red Onions, finely diced 3 T. Balsamic Vinegar 1 T. Lemon Juice 1c. frozen White Corn, thawed, cooked for 2 minutes, drained and cooled. 1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped Cilantro 1 Tomato, chopped 1/8 tsp. Cumin Diced Jalapeno's(jarred) to desired hotness ( I added about 1/4 cup) 1 t. Salt 1/4 t. Garlic Powder or garlic Salt Mix the Balsamic Vinegar, lemon juice and onions in a large bowl.
