Guest guest Posted February 23, 2007 Report Share Posted February 23, 2007 Autumn Salad ~~~Dressing~~~ Add to a large salad bowl and whisk well: 4 tsp. sherry wine vinegar 3/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper ~~~Salad~~~ Add to salad bowl with dressing: 12 cups (2 medium heads) red leaf lettuce, torn 3 medium seedless tangerines, peeled and sectioned 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced 2 medium avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut into chunks 8 TB pumpkin seeds or pine nuts Toss lightly to coat salad with dressing.
