Velveeta® Macaroni & Cheese

 

2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/3 cup milk

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

 

Cook macaroni as directed on package; about 8 minutes, drain well. Return

macaroni to pan.

 

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted,

stirring frequently.

 

Serves: 4.
