Guest guest
Hey all, I thought I might post a link to a recent article in the NYTimes Mag by Michael Pollan. While not specifically advocating a vegetarian diet, it is an interesting examination on America's obsession with food, nutrition, and health. Mr. Pollan does cite Francis More Lappe (of Diet for a Small Planet fame) as an influence, so if not total vegetarian, he's definitely leaning in that direction! Guest guest
Great article! I actually read his book (The Omnivore's Dilemma) recently and it was very interesting. Thanks for the pointer. -sue (sorry, moderators, for some reason I could not cut out the original message) Jigilou Snicklefitz <jigilou wrote: Hey all, I thought I might post a link to a recent article in the NYTimes Mag by Michael Pollan.
