Slightly OT - NYT Magazine Article

Hey all,

 

I thought I might post a link to a recent article in the NYTimes Mag by

Michael Pollan. While not specifically advocating a vegetarian diet,

it is an interesting examination on America's obsession with food,

nutrition, and health. Mr. Pollan does cite Francis More Lappe (of

Diet for a Small Planet fame) as an influence, so if not total

vegetarian, he's definitely leaning in that direction!

Great article! I actually read his book (The Omnivore's Dilemma) recently and it

was very interesting. Thanks for the pointer.
