Guest guest Posted February 14, 2007 Report Share Posted February 14, 2007 Banana Fudge Cookies (Yield: 3 1/2 dozen) 1 18 1/2-ounce chocolate cake mix 1/3 cup mashed bananas 1 egg 2 tablespoons water 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, bananas, egg, and water; beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart, on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Remove from baking sheets; cool on a wire rack.
