Guest guest Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 New Potatoes 3/4 lb. small red potatoes 1 TB butter, softened 1 TB sour cream 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed 2 tsp. minced chives 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper Dash lemon juice Remove a strip of peel from the middle of each potato. Place potatoes in a sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
