Strawberry-Pineapple Pina-Colada Cake

Location: texas

 

Ingredients:

1 box strawberry cake mix

1 can cream of coconut

1 can crushed pineapple (drained)

1 12oz. tub of cool whip

Coconut flakes

Chopped Pecans (optional)

13x9 pan

 

Instructions:

 

1. Bake strawberry cake as directed on box.

 

2. When done; while hot, poke holes all over the top of the cake, going

down to the bottom of the pan.

 

3. Pour cream of coconut all over top of cake allowing it to run down in

the holes.

 

4. Allow cake to cool completely

 

5. Put drained pineapple over top of cooled cake.

 

6. Spread cool whip over pineapple.

 

7. Sprinkle coconut flakes all over the top.

 

8. Sprinkle chopped pecans over flakes.

 

9. Store covered in frig.

This is a must make!!! Oh it sounds go good. I sure don't want to make it when

it is just dh and myself at home, cause we would eat the whole thing. I will

wait till the next time we have company. Oh, I can hardly wait.
