Black olives, green olives, canola/olive oil blend, red pimentos, fresh roasted

garlic, capers, mustard, spices. It says for recipes, visit

www.cantarefoods.com

It is cut into very small pieces.

Your sandwich sound delicious.

Let me know if you decide to make homemade olive tapenade and how it turns out.

Enjoy,

thanks for the review, judy. do you happen to know

what the ingredients are for this tapenade? is it

smooth or chunky?

years ago i worked at a health food store that had a

little deli and juice bar. we made an amazing

sandwich that had an chunky olive salad (we called it

muffaletta) on it. it also had roasted eggplant with

sauted red onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms on

alverado street bakery's sprouted rye bread. we put

sun-dried canola mayo (or vegan mayo) on it. yum!

anyway, i was just curious what the ingredients were

for the tapenade you had. i would like to make a

batch at home.

tia,

susie
