Guest guest
I bought this Mediterian Olive Tapenade by Cantare at Sam's Club. It is outstanding. I bought some crusty French bread and sliced it into rounds, toasted it and served it with this. It is sooooooo good. They have it in the open refrigerated cases. Here is what it looks like. http://www.yourgrocer.com/prod.asp?prodid=4215 & catid=80 Yours to Enjoy, Judy
Guest guest
thanks for the review, judy. do you happen to know what the ingredients are for this tapenade? is it smooth or chunky? years ago i worked at a health food store that had a little deli and juice bar. we made an amazing sandwich that had an chunky olive salad (we called it muffaletta) on it. it also had roasted eggplant with sauted red onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms on alverado street bakery's sprouted rye bread. we put sun-dried canola mayo (or vegan mayo) on it. yum! anyway, i was just curious what the ingredients were for the tapenade you had. i would like to make a batch at home. tia, susie --- wwjd <jtwigg wrote: > I bought this Mediterian Olive Tapenade by Cantare > at Sam's Club.
