Guest guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Homemade Muesli 1 cup rolled oats 2 TB wheat germ 2 TB oatmeal 2 TB sunflower seeds 1 TB pine nuts Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and just use the quantity you need. To serve variations: 1/2 oz. dried fruit. 1 TB honey. 2 TB yogurt. 1 banana, peeled and sliced, with 1oz. strawberries and 2 tablespoons yogurt. 1 TB Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. runny honey, 1 oz. ea. green grapes and blueberries, or 1 oz. black grapes.
