Hi all!

I recently start 'power cooking'... I am looking for recipes that are well

adapted to being froze and eaten at a later date.

I'm looking for QUICK meals (because I prepare about 20 meals at a time to

stuff in the freezer) with few ingredients and doesn't HAVE to be cooked prior

to freezing (which would be nice but not required)...

So... any ideas...LOL

Hi Mary,

There is a website called Friendly Freezer that is in my opinion one of the

best for information for using the freezer.
