Cheesey Popcorn

Serving: (Makes four 1-cup servings)

 

1/4 cup uncooked popcorn kernels

1 Tbsp. Corn oil

1 packet Butter Budsa Mix, dry

1 tsp. Basil leaves

1/2 tsp. Oregano leaves

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/8 tsp. Black pepper

 

To prepare popcorn, place oil and unpopped corn kernels in popcorn

popper. Cover and prepare according to manufacturer's directions.

 

Remove popped corn from heat. If using a hot-air popcorn popper, spray

popped corn lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine warm popcorn

with the remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss to mix.

Cholesterol: 5 milligrams Polyunsaturated fat: 2 grams
