Guest guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Cracker Crumb Crust Serving: (One 9-inch crust) 6 graham crackers (2-1/2 inch square), crushed 6 rectangular melba toast crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup liquefied Butter Buds® Mix Spray 9-inch pie dish with non-stick coating agent. Combine graham cracker and melba toast crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Gradually add Butter Buds, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well after each addition. Press into bottom and up sides of pie dish. Refrigerate until ready to use. Nutrients Per Serving (1/8 of crust): Calories: 42 Protein: < 1 g Carbohydrate: 6 g Fat: < 1 g Sodium: 90 mg. Dietary Exchanges: 1/2 Starch Note: By using Butter Buds instead of butter in this recipe, you have saved 47 calories and 18 mg cholesterol per serving. If you substitute 1 packet Sweet 'N Low for the sugar in this recipe, you'll save 5 calories and 1 g carbohydrate per serving. *There's no need to spray with a non-stick coating agent if you own a non-stick 9-inch pie dish.
