Blossom Cauliflower with Mustard Sauce

 

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (used to grease medium size round bowl)

1/2 cup mayonnaise, low fat

1/2 cup mustard

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

 

Trim, rinse, drain cauliflower. Grease bowl.

 

Arrange in bowl stems up. Pack down and microwave on medium or regular

for 3 minutes.

 

Refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Invert on platter on bed of lettuce

leaves. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and white pepper. Drop

or dollop around cauliflower on lettuce.

 

Serves 6-8.
