It was delicious and did not need to marinate. Best of all, I had all the ingredients on hand.You could use any variety of beans you like. I used garbonzos instead of kidney because that is what I had. 1 Can Corn 1 Can Black beans 1 Can Kidney beans 1 Can Black beans 1 green pepper diced 1 red pepper diced 1 small onion 1/2 C. Olive oil { I used 1/4 cup ] 2 T. Fresh lime juice 1 T. Fresh lemon juice 2 T. Sugar 1 T. Salt 1 Garlic clove 1/4 C. Fresh Cilantro 1/2 t. Ground Cumin 1/2 t. Black Pepper 1/2 t. Chili Powder Several dashes of hot sauce Combine drained beans.corn,peppers,onion and cilantro into large bowl. Pour olive oil,juices and spices into small glass jar and shake well. I just love that if you type is something like " Maple Fudge " or " Divinity " you'll get many different recipes for it, which you can then pick and choose from the one that sounds best to you. I love that rating system and to read the recipe reviews. This recipe sounds good. Thanks for giving us a recipe review on it and sharing the recipe with us.
