Guest guest Posted January 12, 2007 Report Share Posted January 12, 2007 Creamy Dill Salad Dressing 1 TB Dijon Mustard 1/3 cup heavy cream or plain yogurt 1/4 cup mirin (herb rice vinegar) 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped Salt and ground black pepper, to taste ~~~Salad~~~ Lettuce, cut into wedges Dried cranberries Toasted nuts Orange segments Mix together 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard with 1/3 cup heavy cream or yogurt. Blend in 1/4 cup herb rice vinegar, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 1/3 cup chopped dill. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
