Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 Spiced Sugared Pecans 3 cups shelled pecan halves 1 large or 2 small egg whites, unbeaten 1 cup sugar 3 level tsp. ground cinnamon Mix the egg whites over pecans until absorbed. Sift sugar and cinnamon over all until covered. Place in a shallow 10 " x 15 " jelly roll baking pan. Bake in a preheated 300º F., oven for, about 35 minutes. Toast until light brown.
