Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Fresh Mushroom Pate 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped 2 tbsp. butter (or margarine but nutter adds the flavor)) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 minced garlic cloves Saute mushrooms in butter 5-10 minutes or until tender and liquid has evaporated. Place in blender or food processor, add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish as desired.
