Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Orange-Rosemary Mayonnaise 1 cup fresh orange juice 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 3/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried salt, to taste Place the orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, swirling the pan, until the juice is reduced to a thick syrup, 10 to 12 minutes. You should have about 1 1/2 tablespoons. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl. Add the orange syrup, rosemary, and salt and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
