Heather,

I love the wheat germ idea! Wish I'd thought of that--would have saved

me many mushy messes!

I always add a cup of wheat germ to my recipes for Veggie/Soy Burgers.

Also add a couple tablespoons to oatmeal as it is cooking.

Roll sliced hard style tofu in wheat germ and fry . Makes a nice crispy

coating.
