Guest guest
HI JEANNE, Sorry for the delay in an answer but with the time difference and the fact I was out all day my responce is a tad late. Sorry! Thank you for the welcome. I am sure I will like it here. To try and answer your question to the best of my knowledge a Marrow Squash is from the same family ar the Zucchini. It is called Vegetable Marrow or Marrow Squash. It cooks up the same as Zucchini and has a very mild taste in my opinion. They are part of the summer squash family. A Zucchini is called a Courgette here. An Eggplant an Aubergine. Snow peas are known as Mange Tout. And to be totally honest it is very confusing....lol Hope this helps you a little bit and if I can help in any other way please let me know. It is just my opinion, but this is the best group of folks you'll find anywhere. From your perspective as having lived in the States and now in London, can you tell me what kind of squash is a vegetable marrow? When able, I am a rabid gardener and squash lover but this has me stumped. Again, welcome. Jeanne in GA Access over 1 million songs - Music Unlimited.
