re ? regarding good IRON SOURCES

Greetings,

 

I know i am a few days behind but herez my 2cnts:

 

almonds, asparagus, beans and peas, eggplant, eggs, dried fruit, whole

grains, herbs (thyme, parsley, marjoram,...), blackstrap molasses, potatoes,

prune juice, sunflower seeds, green leafy veggies, wheat germ, and berries

are all good/great vegetarian sources of iron.

 

thatz my list & i'm sticking 2 it! :)
