I am sorry for the delayed responses but with the time difference and the

fact I was out all day this is the first chance I have had to reply.

 

Baps are good!!! Like a floury hamburger bun that tastes kind of like Italian

bread.

 

Courgettes are zucchini's there. Marrow squash or vegetable marrow is from the

same family with, in my opinion, a mild flavor. Both are from the summer squash

family. Marrow is good stuffed, sauteed, baked and wonderful in stir fry.

 

Mange Tout are snow peas and eggplant is aubergine. What is really nice here

is the fact that you can buy alot in organic foods as well as all the mini

veggies in the local grocery store chains.
