Guest guest Posted November 30, 2006 Report Share Posted November 30, 2006 Texas Pecan Drops 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup icing sugar/confectioner's sugar 2 1/2 cups plain/all purpose flour 2 teaspoons vanilla essence Preheat the oven to 325°F Cream the butter, sugar and margarine together until smooth. Stir in the flour thoroughly and add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
