Wheatgrass experiences anyone?

Greetings Group!,

 

I am about 3 days behind on my email reading but i do read and so enjoy this

list!

 

I grow & love sprouts, I do a lot of fresh raw juicing and my husband has

gotten his 2nd wheat grass growing kit. (The 1st was before we were

married.)

 

This is our second day of harvesting our crop and i am struggling w/it

mentally and maybe otherwise. I am taking about an ounce a day and i feel

" somehow " when i take it: a little nausea, a little tummy burn, ?

 

I have always been a picky eater . And sometimes it takes me a while to

adjust to the idea of eating certain things. The juice does not taste bad

just different.

 

Has anyone out there had any wheatgrass experience?

I've had it in smoothie with other fruits added and I can't remember any

distinquishing flavor, that was not good. Maybe using it in a fruti smooth

would cover up what ever is disagreeing with you and make it less noticable. I

love the Naked Juice that has the Wheat Grass in it.

Wheat grass is so good for you. I swear I have more energy on days when I have

one of those drinks.
