This group grew fast also. You are welcome to join and go through the files, lots of desserts in there too. swedish-recipes/ Swedish Potato Mushrooms 4 to 5 lbs. red potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil fresh rosemary, minced as needed dried garlic granules as needed paprika as needed rosemary sprigs for garnish Peel and halve each potato. Shape cut sides to form stem portion of mushrooms. Place potato mushrooms on baking sheet and generously brush each with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes or until tender. Arrange baked potato mushroom on wooden tray. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
