Guest guest Posted November 29, 2006 Report Share Posted November 29, 2006 LIGHT CURRY RICE 4 cups cooked brown rice 1 onion, sliced 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 tbs. curry seasoning 1/4 tsp. hot sauce 1 stalk celery, chopped In a large skillet, saute onions, celery and garlic in olive oil, while sprinkling with curry.
