cookies butter vs marg.

In certain cookies it's not always a match replacing

butter with margarine. I know in almost all Swedish

cookie recipes I post if it calls for butter you can

bet the cookie will spread and chnage in texture if

you replace the butter. I always try to post on the

recipe if a sub. will work.
