I can't tell you how much courage it took to ever try it. I just didn't like the funky moldy look. You know if you make this trip to buy some, get several packs because it freezes well. I usually buy 5 or so and toss in the freezer, I have not noticed freezing changes the texture like it does tofu. I will dig out a few more tempeh recipes asap.
