Guest guest Posted November 26, 2006 Report Share Posted November 26, 2006 Spicy Chilled Cucumber Soup 2 medium cucumber which are juicy 1/2 piece ginger 1 small green chilli 2 cups water, 2 to 3 2 tablespoon cream whipped smooth, 2 to 3 1 small sprig finely chopped mint 1 teaspoon sugar salt and pepper to taste 1 slice bread, 1 to 2 Chop cucumber onto large chunks. Grate ginger, keep aside. Boil the cucumber in the water, till soft. Let it Cool. Blend in a mixie While blending add the bread, ginger and green chilli. Sieve. Add sugar, salt Chill for 2 hours While serving, take in individual soup bowls Carefully pour a swirl of cream, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and a tiny amount of chopped mint. ______________________________\ ____ Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail beta. http://new.mail.
